HDS / Net Assist began with the vision of providing the residents of Saddlebrook a resource to help with home networking issues - getting all those "devices" of daily living (computers, laptops, tablets, phones, TVs, etc.) to talk to their home network and/or one another.

My experience with computers began in the late 1960s, back in the days of paper tape and punch cards. I began dealing with networks with my first PC purchase in the late 1980's, which led to experience with dial-up modems, cable, fiber and WiFi systems. For the last 20 years of my working career, I was involved in software and network validation. Let ME help YOU.

Every situation is unique, with different phones, printers, computers and TVs, and their software is continuously being updated. When I visit your home, my goals are to get your devices communicating, and teach/show you enough that you can do it in the future.
